Description

The Lacrosse Ball is a significant component in the sport of Lacrosse used together with the lacrosse stick. It is usually solid rubber. Men use white lacrosse balls while women use yellow, though orange and lime green are also available. Every lacrosse ball must meet the NOCSAE lacrosse ball standard.

Besides, every lacrosse ball must have the words "Meets NOCSAE Standard" emblazoned on them. Interestingly, the lacrosse ball is not only used in lacrosse sport but also in gyms as massage balls to boost muscle performance, reduce fatigue, and lessen soreness.
