Once stable, lift the leg stacked on top and reach out with the free arm to grab the foot, be mindful not to collapse in the side body. Breathe for a few moments and release back into Plank Pose. This posture can work well incorporated into a Flow Yoga Session or even a variation in Sun Salutations.
