Risom Stool

The Risom Stool was designed by Jens Risom in 1943 and was originally fabricated from surplus parachute straps from WWII to utilize excess materials. Now, the Risom Stool is made from heavy duty cotton straps basket woven tightly across the seat that is set on a hardwood frame formed from mortise-and-tenon joints.

The Risom Stool has an overall height of 17.25” (44 cm), width of 16.5” (42 cm), and depth of 15.25” (39 cm).
