Thor, real name Thor Odinson, is the Asgardian god of thunder who wields the magical hammer, Mjolnir, in Marvel Comics. A founding member of the superhero team the Avengers, Thor possesses Asgardian traits of long-life and superhuman strength, speed and durability.
