Jar Jar Binks

Jar Jar Binks is the beloved, hated, and loved-to-hate sidekick of Padmé in the Star Wars prequel trilogy. A fictional Gungan, he is awkward and an outcast on Naboo. After moving to the capital and becoming a representative for his people in the Senate, he is manipulated by Senators and others to help them achieve power, most notably being an important pawn in Palpatine’s plan to be named Emperor. He is known for his warped and slurred speech patterns and his lisp, introducing himself with “misa Jar Jar Binks” and constantly swapping letters in words.
