Ryan Seacrest is an American television personality. He was born in Atlanta in 1974, and began his television career as a host for ESPN’s Radical Outdoor Challenge. In 2002, he took the job as host for American Idol, and continued in the role until the end of the show’s run in 2016. He has been the radio host of American Top 40, the music chart show, since 2004. He launched the Ryan Seacrest Foundation in 2010, a not for profit company that works to help children through arts and entertainment initiatives and programs. His foundation has ten centers based in children's hospitals around the United States. He also has a men’s skincare brand, named Polished.
